Our company is managed and led by a core team who take responsibility for current work, future planning and financial oversight. We have a dedicated board of Trustees that support and oversee our work. We work with a range of freelance practitioners on a project by project basis, many of whom contribute to devising and shaping projects.

Much of our work is local to North Devon, but we also work to support human rights issues overseas, where our practitioners deliver specialist workshops in conflict resolution and culture shock.
